A Year of Global Impact

As 2025 draws to a close, WWT Engineering reflects on a remarkable year of growth, innovation, and global collaboration. Across every region, our teams have demonstrated exceptional dedication to turning customer challenges into field-ready solutions, strengthening relationships, and advancing technical excellence.

Research, Development, and Innovation

This year, WWT achieved significant milestones that reinforce our position as a trusted partner in the energy industry. Our research and development efforts delivered the successful design and manufacturing of the large 26″ FlexShoe, alongside enhancements to the Silencer tool increasing its strength and targeting customer’s persistent stick-slip problems. In parallel, over 1,200 well simulations were completed worldwide, providing actionable insights for Torque & Drag and Casing Wear. Software improvements reduced turnaround times enabling our customers to make informed decisions faster and with greater confidence.

America: Thought Leadership

WWT’s American team continued to shine on the global stage, sharing expertise through a presentation of our SPE paper at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), participation in influential podcasts and television segments, and a strong presence at the MATLAB EXPO, where we showcased innovations bridging modern software approaches to critical energy workflows.

Meanwhile, teams in Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, and Mexico strengthened partnerships through hands-on operational support, tailored training sessions, and active participation in local community and industry events. These efforts reinforced WWT’s presence and built lasting relationships across the region.

Europe and Australia: Expanding Presence

In Europe and Australia, WWT expanded its footprint with presentations at major exhibitions including Geotherm, OMC, the SPE/IADC conference in Stavanger, and the Kristiansand Drilling Conference. The rapid growth of our NRP business contributed to record-breaking wells in the North Sea, setting new benchmarks for our tools’ performance and overall drilling efficiency.

Middle East and Asia: Repeat Success

Similarly, in the Middle East and Asia, repeat projects in the UAE, Qatar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam underscored our reliability and technical excellence, highlighting WWT Engineering as the partner of choice for complex well operations.

Driving Innovation and Technical Excellence

Innovation remains at the heart of WWT’s strategy throughout the year. Comprehensive laboratory testing of the NRP validated its performance in Managed Pressure Drilling environments, ensuring enhanced grip strength, safety, and compatibility with challenging well conditions. Our R&D and engineering teams continued to push the boundaries of technology, strengthening our portfolio and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the global energy industry.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Looking back on 2025, the accomplishments of WWT Engineering reflect the hard work, dedication, and ingenuity of our teams worldwide. From advancing technology and delivering high-impact projects to building strong customer relationships and expanding our global reach, this year has set a new standard for excellence.

As we move into 2026, WWT remains committed to driving innovation, expanding our presence, and delivering outstanding value to our clients—continuing the journey of turning challenges into solutions, wherever in the world they arise.
