During a recent operation in Ecuador, Patrick Piller, Regional Engineer, oversaw the installation of WWT International’s Non-Rotating Silencer Sub above the MWD tool while drilling a 12¼” section. The tool stabilized the BHA, protected equipment, and allowed the interval to be completed in a single run.

The Silencer Sub helped reduce tool failures, extend bit and BHA life, lower non-productive time, and improve overall drilling efficiency, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement in field operations.
